FULFILLMENT OF GOD'S 
ORDAINED PURPOSE" FOR A NATION 
TOMORROW (3-PART SERIES)

PART 2: A PHARAOH'S DECREE OF DEATH TO A 
HEBREW BABY BOY, BUT ORDAINED BY 
YAHWEH TO LIVE, AND BECOME "THE 
PRINCE OF EGYPT"

The news spread quickly throughout the community of Hebrew Slaves: "By decree of Pharaoh Rameses, ALL Hebrew boys two years old and younger are to be drowned in the Nile River immediately". I can't begin to imagine how a three-month old baby boy' s mother, Jochebed, must have felt when she was among other Hebrew mothers who heard the announcement of such a horrific decree. Within those crucial seconds of trying to process such a horrid destiny for her baby boy, God must have flooded her mind with the message, although uncertain of all of the details, that He had BIG plans for Jochebed's son. With divine instruction and an anointed creative plan, The Holy Spirit must have partnered with Jochebed; giving her a game plan like a champion Dominoes player-- beginning with the first domino in its starting stance and the God-ordained "chain reaction" that would result in an "unsinkable Hebrew boy" who would not only be spared a drowning decree, but he would float to the top and become God's chosen "Prince of Egypt" (and eventually God's "Exodus Executive" in charge of a Massive Relocation in God's Exportation Business).

Proverbs 16:9 says, "In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps".

Jochebed carefully thought through her plans to save her baby boy's life, as if she was plotting one move at a time, like a champion in a game of "Dominoes"-- if one domino fell one way, it should set every other domino in motion, resulting in an outcome that would hopefully have her 3-month boy in the loving arms of the daughter of The "Slave Master" of the Hebrew Slaves before the sun had risen that same morning. With such a strategic plan, a lot of prayers and the faithfulness of Yahweh, the sky would be the limit for her little "Hebrew slave infant". Her obedience and sacrifice today would be the fulfillment of God's ordained purpose for a nation tomorrow.
